Payment Terms Payment is COD on the day unless otherwise agreed. Preferred payment method is credit card or cheque. Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Diners are all accepted. Software Should we provide software the ownership of the software shall not pass onto you until the software has been paid for in full. We will do our best to ensure but cannot guarantee the accuracies or current version of software as this is developed and guaranteed by others. Guarantee Should you feel that in any respect the work that has been provided to you is not up to or exceeds your reasonable expectations then you must notify us and we will arrange a refund for you within 14 days. Such claims will not be accepted more than 30 days after the work has been completed.
